We continue to work with our facilities and service partners to restore full power redundancy within our Rochester Data Center.
We are currently preparing to return one of the affected UPS systems to service. Once online, this UPS will assume the protected load and provide power support while remediation efforts continue on the second UPS. Returning the first UPS to service will significantly improve the facility's power posture as we work toward restoring full redundancy.
At this time, customer services remain operational, and no widespread customer impact has been reported.
We ask that any customer experiencing service issues or power-related concerns contact the Centrilogic Support Team immediately so that we can investigate and respond appropriately.
We will continue to provide updates as work progresses and as additional information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards, Centrilogic Support team.

Update
Dear Valued Clients,
Thank you for your patience.
We continue to investigate the UPS event affecting one of the redundant power systems within our Rochester Data Center.
As part of our ongoing assessment, we identified a condition within the companion UPS that warrants further evaluation. While the unit remains operational, and there has been no customer impact, we have elected to take a conservative approach to maintaining facility resilience. Out of an abundance of caution, the facility will remain on generator power while we complete additional investigation and remediation activities. This approach allows us to maintain the highest level of power protection while reducing risk as we work to restore the affected UPS pair to a fully redundant state.
Customer services remain stable, and no customer impact has been observed.
Centrilogic personnel and our service partners continue to actively monitor the facility and investigate the underlying issues. We will provide further updates as additional information becomes available, including the expected timeline for restoring full redundancy to the UPS pair.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Centrilogic Emergency Maintenance Notification
Maintenance Window: October 07th, 2026 Start Time: 22:00 ET
End Time: Undetermined
Service Call in Reference Number: INC0287742
Services Affected: Single Unit in Redundant UPS Pair
Service Location(s): 28 Mansfield St Rochester NY (ROC)
Expected Impact: No Impact
Details: We are currently investigating a UPS-related event affecting one of the redundant power systems within our Rochester Data Center.
During a scheduled maintenance activity and load test, one UPS within a redundant power pair experienced an unexpected fault and was taken out of service. The facility remains on utility power, and customer services continue to operate normally with no customer impact observed.
The companion UPS has been evaluated and is operating normally. Based on current assessments, it remains available to support the load in the event of a utility power interruption while the affected UPS remains out of service.
At this time, power redundancy within the affected UPS pair is degraded while our facilities and service partners investigate the cause of the failure and develop a remediation plan. As an additional precaution, Centrilogic personnel are actively monitoring the environment and coordinating with our vendor to assess the equipment and determine the required corrective actions.
We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available, including the expected timeline for returning the affected UPS to service and restoring full redundancy to the UPS pair.
